海油工程保护架装船计算及优化分析

摘要 海油工程海上安装结构是通过陆地建造和船舶海上运输来实现,其中结构的装船布置及计算分析直接决定其海上运输的安全性和可靠性。结合工程项目中的实际事例和经验,针对保护架的装船固定形式,运用SACS软件进行计算分析,结合设计规范AISC与API RP2A-WSD,校核结构及焊缝的强度;同时,根据结构的不同装船方式,通过计算校核,寻求最优装船方式。 CNOOC engineering offshore installation structure is constructed by land and transported by vessels, the shipping arrangement of the structure and computational analysis directly determine the security and reliability of its maritime transport. Combined with the actual project examples and experiences, the shipment protection frame fixed form is calculated using sacs software analysis. Combined with the design specifications AISC and API RP2A-WSD, the strength of the weld and the structure is checked. According to the structure and different shipping way, calculation and check are used to find the optimal way of shipment.
