摘要
采用有限元法对带地脚螺栓的加筋圆形平底的结构进行了应力分析,获得了不同结构参数下的应力分布情况。在筒体轴向力及内部压力作用下,平底的弯曲存在一个临界直径。在临界直径以内,平底仅受内压及立筋支撑,立筋密度可适当减小,在临界直径以外,立筋及平底需提供足够的抗弯模量,以减小外侧弯曲变形。由于力学模型上的差异,原有设计按GB150.3-2011的计算结果是偏于保守的。修改后的设计减少了材料使用量,降低了制造成本。
The paper uses the finite element method to analyze the structure of circular flat-bottom with stiffened plates and foundation bolts. Then stress distribution images under different structural parameters are obtained. With the internal pressure and the axial force, there is a critical diameter existing on the bending flat. In this diameter, the flat is only subjected to internal pressure and stud supports, and stiffened plate density can be reduced. Beyond the critical diameter, sufficient flexural modulus needs to be provided to reduce the lateral bending deformation. Due to differences in the mechanical model, the original design(GB150.3-2011) of the calculation is conservative. This paper provides the design method for reducing the amount of material as well as saving the fabrication cost.
