摘要
以月桂酸为相变材料,膨胀石墨为支撑结构,利用微孔吸附法制备了月桂酸/膨胀石墨复合相变储热材料。采用扫描电镜分析(SEM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)和差示扫描量热分析(DSC),对复合相变储热材料的结构与性能进行了表征。结果表明,月桂酸被吸附到膨胀石墨的微孔中,但对膨胀石墨的多孔结构及层间距影响不大。同时,月桂酸/膨胀石墨复合材料的相变温度与月桂酸一致,其焓值与复合相变材料中月桂酸的百分含量与纯月桂酸焓值的乘积相当。
Lauric acid/expanded graphite composite phase change material(PCM)is prepared by the method of micro hole adsorption using the laurel acid as phase change material and the expanded graphite as supporting matrix. The structure and properties of the composite phase change thermal are characterized by means of SEM, XRD and DSC. The results show that the lauric acid was adsorbed into the pores of expanded graphite, But this does not change the porous structure and layer spacing of expanded graphite. The phase change temperature of the composite phase change material is similar to that of the pure lauric acid, and the latent heat of the composite phase change material is equivalent to the calculated values which based on the mass tatio of lauric acid in the composite phase change material.
