摘要
针对TS型溶气释放器,介绍了其工作原理,并利用FLUENT软件,开展了入口压力对溶气释放器压降及速度梯度影响的数值模拟分析。研究结果表明,随着入口压力的增大,释压速率变快,气泡生成腔中速度梯度变小。
Focused on the TS type dissolved gas release device, introduces its working principle, and using FLUENT software to carry out a simulation analysis on the entrance pressure numerical dissolved gas release pressure and velocity gradient effect. The research results show that with the increase of entrance pressure, pressure release rate increased and bubble generation chamber velocity gradient becomes smaller.
