摘要
湿法消解处理中成药之后检测残留重金属元素含量具有成本低、元素损失小等优势。此方法预处理牛黄解毒片进行分析检测、驱除砷(As)过程中,导致牛黄解毒片中黄芩苷的含量明显受到影响。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)研究湿法消解预处理牛黄解毒片以分析As元素的含量过程中黄芩苷含量下降的原因,为我们制备和/或者选择合适的驱除牛黄解毒片中残留As的无机型离子交换树脂提供帮助。
The wet digestion has the characteristic of low cost and low element loss when used to process Chinese traditional patent medicine in order to detect the residual heavy metal ions in it. With processing Niuhuang Jiedu Pian to remove the residual Arsenic(As) ion, this method leads to the loss of baicalin of Niuhuang Jiedu Pian. Reasons for the decline of baicalin in Niuhuang Jiedu Pian have been explored. It follows that we could prepare and/or select the correct inorganic ion exchange resin for removing residual As from Niuhuang Jiedu Pian.
