摘要
含有吡唑环的化合物具有广泛的生物活性。1-苯基-3-甲基-5-氯-4-吡唑甲酸是吡唑类化合物的重要中间体,以苯肼和乙酰乙酸乙酯为起始原料,以苯肼和乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,经过环合反应、Vilsmeier-Haack反应、氧化反应,三步收率分别为85%、80%、80%。环合反应、Vilsmeier-Haack反应进行了正交实验,得到较佳的反应条件。
Compounds containing the pyridine ring have a wide range of biological activities. 5-chloro-3- methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid is an important intermediate of pyrazoles. It was synthesized from Phenylhydrazine and ethyl acetoacetate, by cyclization reaction, Vilsmeier-Haack reaction and oxidation reaction. The yields are 85 %, 80 %, 80 % respectively, were studied by. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments in cyclization reaction and Vilsmeier-Haack reaction.
