摘要
研究了在实验室条件下,采用改性的阳离子交换树脂做催化剂,探讨了合成油酸二氯丙醇酯的最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明,改性的阳离子交换树脂对二氯丙醇酯有较好的催化效果,最佳工艺条件为:反应温度90℃,醇酸物质的量比1.5,改性阳离子交换树脂用量为反应物总质量的5%,反应时间8小时,酯化反应较完全,酯化率高达95.4%,催化剂可回收利用。
Studied on the optimum conditions of synthesis of dichloropropyl oleic acid ester using modified cation exchange resin catalyst under the laboratory condition, the results showed that the modified cation exchange resin had good catalytic effect on dichloropropyl. The optimal process conditions were: suitable mole ratio of dichloropropanol oleic acid was 1.5, the optimum amount of catalyst was 8 %(based on total amount of reaction mass), and the suitable temperature was 90 ℃ for 8 h, esterification reaction is almostly complete, esterification rate can reach 95.3 %. The catalyst can be recycled.
