摘要
对消防软管站的流量和软管压力损失计算公式进行了推导和计算,计算结果表明软管站的流量与喷枪的口径和入口处的压力成正比,软管的压力损失与软管的直径和软管内的流量有关系。19 mm的喷枪入口压力为350 KPa G时,流量为7.43 L/s,入口压力为700 KPa G时,流量为10.50 L/s。直径为50 mm,长度为20m的软管,当流量为7.43 L/s时,软管的压力损失为75 KPa G,当流量为10.50 L/s时,软管的压力损失为149 KPa G。
Flow rate and pressure drop calculation formulas have been deduced and some examples also have been calculated. The results show the flow rate of the hose reel station is proportional to the diameter of the nozzle and inlet pressure of the nozzle. The pressure drop of the hose is affected by the diameter of the hose and the flow rate that flow through the hose. When the diameter of the nozzle is 19 mm and the inlet pressure of the nozzle is 350 KPa G and 700 KPa G, the flow rate is 7.43 L/s and 10.5 L/s respectively. As a hose with diameter is 50 mm and length is 20 m, when the flow rate is 7.43 L/s and 10.5 L/s, the pressure drop is 75 KPa G and 149 KPa G respectively.
