摘要
文章阐述大连某炼油厂通过优化炼油生产工艺流程,充分发掘生产过程中产生的低温热资源,增加回收利用设施,合理利用回收的热量,实现余热产出装置节电650 KW.h/h,用热装置节1.0 MPa蒸汽50 t/h的节能目标,大大降低生产过程的能耗和生产成本,提高了经济效益。
The paper describes an oil refinery in Dalian refinery by optimizing the production process; to fully exploit the resources to produce low-temperature heat generated in the process, increased recycling facility, the rational use of recovered heat, reduce energy consumption and production costs of the production process, a substantial increase in economic efficiency.
