针对中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司富氢气体提浓装置2BEC80型水环真空泵运行现状及故障维修情况,系统分析了设备常发故障的原因及危害,并提出可靠可行的处理措施,以降低设备故障率,保障装置的安全平稳运行。
For 2BEC80 water ring vacuum pump operation status and maintenance situation, systematic analysis of the equipment often causes and harms of the fault, and the effective measures are put forward, in order to reduce the failure rate of the equipment to ensure safe and stable operation.
