摘要
文章比较了原子吸收光谱与电感耦合等离子体质谱两种不同测铊的方法。两种方法虽然在检出限上存在差异,但准确度和精密度均能够满足地质样品的检测要求。两种方法的区别在于ICP-MS操作简便,测量精度高,而AAS操作复杂,但抗干扰能力较强。
The article compares the atomic absorption spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrum of two different measurement method of thallium. Although the two methods exist differences in detection limit, but the accuracy and precision can meet the testing requirements of geological samples. The difference between two methods is that ICP-MS easy to operate has high measurement precision, but AAS complex operation, with a strong anti-jamming capability.
