Determination of PFOA and PFOS in Wastewater Using Gas Chromatography

摘要 建立操作简便、快速测定废水中全氟辛酸及全氟辛磺酰基化合物的气相色谱法。样品经液液萃取、衍生,μ-ECD检测器检测、外标法定量。结果表明,用本法测定废水中的PFOA和PFOS的残留量,加标回收率都在80%以上,其相对标准偏差在7.9%以下,PFOA的定量限为0.25μg/L,PFOS的定量限为0.12μg/L。由此可见本法准确可行、前处理简便、适用于工厂批量废水的测定。 A simple high-performance gas chromatography for determination of perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA) and perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS) in wastewater. Samples extracted by liquid-liquid extraction, derivatized, separated byμ-ECD detector, determined by the external standard method. It was developed to quantitate the presence of PFOA and PFOS in wastewater. The recoveries obtained from wastewater were above 80%, with the relative standard deviation were below 7.9 %. The detection limits of PFOA was 0.25 μg/L, The detection limits of PFOS was 0.12 μg/L. Which suggested this method was simple, feasible, and accurate and will be suitable for the determination of bulk wastewater samples in factory.
