摘要
采用较为简单的层层自组装法,先对棉布进行处理,再以改性后的Ti O2悬浮液浸泡棉布,从而达到棉布表面超疏水的效果。利用接触角测量仪对棉布进行接触角(CA)的测定,利用扫描电子显微镜对棉布表面进行表征。结果显示,采用上述方法处理后的亲水棉布表现出了良好的超疏水性,水滴在试样表面的表现接触角均大于150°,滚动角小于5°,符合超疏水表面的要求。
The experiment adopts a simple method which named layers of self-assembly method. First, deal with cotton, then soaking cotton with TiO2 slurry which is modified, finally the super hydrophobic cotton is made and the surface of cotton is super hydrophobic. Using the contact angle meter, the CA of cotton can be measured. Using SEM to characterize the surface of cotton. The result showed that with the processing of cotton, the Hydrophilic cotton becoming super hydrophobic. The contact angels of the water droplet all greater than 150°, rolling angle is less than 5°.
