激光烧结快速成型用聚丙烯粉末的制备研究 被引量:4

摘要 文章采用溶剂沉淀法和诱导成球法制备聚丙烯粉末。采用溶剂沉淀法,以聚丙烯颗粒为原料,当溶剂为甲苯,析出溶剂为无水乙醇16.7%,搅拌速率为430 r/min,得到最佳的聚丙烯粉末产率为0.682和堆积密度为0.223。采用诱导成球法,将外形不规则的聚丙烯粉碎粉制备出形状规则聚丙烯微球粉末,得到的微球粉末的堆积密度比溶剂沉淀粉末和粉碎的无规粉末堆积密度分别提高了0.058和0.035。 The paper focuses on the preparation of polypropylene powder through the ways of solvent precipitation and induced sphericallization. The optimal solvent ratio, temperature and stirring rate to prepare the polypropylene powder were got from the experiment. We also use irregular particle shape to prepare polypropylene microspheres through induced sphericallization.
