摘要
以酞酸丁酯和正硅酸乙酯为原料,在酸性条件下,溶胶一凝胶法制备TiO2/SiO2复合气凝胶。采用SEM照片分析TiO2/SiO2复合气凝胶为松散的颗粒状,粒径为100-200nm:通过XRD分析确定煅烧前后TiO2/SiO2复合气凝胶的晶型转变,确证TiO2/SiO2复合气凝胶的成功制备:通过光催化降解分析表明:TiO2/SiO2复合气凝胶对罗丹明B具有较好的吸附作用,且在150min时罗丹明B纂本降解完全。
Tetrabutyl titanate and ethyl orthosilicate were regarded as raw materials to prepare the TiO2/SiO2 composite aerogel by sol-gel method under acid condition. The SEM showed that the morphology of TiO2/SiO2 composite aerogel is loose granular, and particle size is 100-200 nm. The XRD determined the crystal transformation of TiO2/SiO2 composite aerogel before and after calcining, proved the TiO2/SiO2 composite aerogel were successfully prepared. Meanwhile, photocatalytic degradation analysis showed that the adsorption of TiO2/SiO2 composite aerogel on the rhodamine B is great which closes to be degraded completely in 150 min.
