摘要
采用闭系震荡酸浸和煅烧法对硅藻土进行提纯处理,通过X射线荧光光谱(XRF),扫描电镜(SEM)和Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)法等手段对纯硅藻土进行表征。结果表明:提纯后,硅藻土Si O2含量提高至98%左右,Fe2O3等杂质含量显著减少,多孔构造高度发育,比表面有较大提高。
Abstract: Diatomite was treated with hydrochloric acid by shaking technique at closed system and calcined to remove impurities. The chemical compositions of diatomite before and after purification were characterized using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry; the morphology and microstructure of purified diatomite investigated by scanning electron microscopy and N: adsorption-desorption isothemls; The investigations indicated that the content of SiO2 increases to 98 %, and oxide impurities were decreases after diatomite was purified; the integrity of the porous structure and specific surface area increases remarkably.
