摘要
管道在长期的运行中不可避免会出现腐蚀,腐蚀缺陷的破裂是管道的主要失效形式。对Inconl 600破裂腐蚀管材料进行金相分析;对破裂管内壁腐蚀产物进行EDX能谱分析、X-射线结构分析。结果表明,管线弯头Inconel 600管材符合国际UNS N06600标准,管内壁发生严重的活性硫腐蚀和冲刷腐蚀,局部区域的温度高于再结晶温度,发生鼓包及过载的塑性剪切断裂。
The pipe in sealed waste alkali system is inevitable to be eroded in long-term operation, and its main failure mode is corrosion cracking. The results of metallographic analysis fur the cracked Inconel 600 pipe, and EDS analysis and X-ray structure analysis for the corrosion products on the inner wall of the cracked pipe prove that the pipeline elbow of Inconel 600 pipe complies with UNS N06600, the inner wall of the pipe is seriously eroded by active sulfur, the temperature of parts of the pipe is higher than crystallization temperature, and bumps and overload plastic shear fracture are produced.
