摘要
生物柴油副产甘油经减压蒸馏后进行脱色精制,当脱色温度90℃、时间1 h、活性炭加入量为3‰或5‰时,可将甘油色泽Hazen(Pt-Co)150分别降至45或25;当活性炭使用量相同条件下,活性炭分二批加入比一次性加入脱色效果更好,可将甘油色泽Hazen(Pt-Co)平均降低10左右;或在达到脱色效果相同情况下,活性炭分二批加入比一次性加入节约20%以上活性炭使用量。
Glycerol from the by-product of biodiesel was decolored purification after vacuum distillation, when the decoloration temperature was 90 ℃, decoloration time was lh, the usage of activated carbon was 2 ‰ (w/w) and 5 ‰ (w/w), glycerol color number by Hazen (Pt-Co) was reduced from 150 to 45 and 25, respectively; The glycerol color number by two batch feeding was lower 10 than disposable batch feeding with the same amount of activated carbon. Compared to disposable batch feeding, two batch feeding could reduce 20 % of the usage activated carbon for same decoloration effect.
