摘要
根据天然气液化混合冷剂制冷循环工艺,列举了二次节流,三次节流两种工艺流程,利用过程模拟软件HYSYS对两种节流方式的节能效果进行对比,利用SQP法对混合冷剂组成进行了优化,说明三次节流方式更节省压缩机功耗。
Base on the mixed refrigerant cycle technology in natural gas liquefaction, Two-throttle mode and Tri-throttle mode are described. By using simulation software HYSYS, two processes are compared. Mixed refrigerant composition is optimized by SQP. The result proves that TRI-throttle mode saves more energy of compressor.
