摘要
目的:对色谱峰分离条件进行优化,建立工作场所中苯系物的分离检测方法;方法:用活性炭管采集工作场所空气,热解吸法自动进样,GsBp-5毛细管色谱柱,柱温为65~80℃(各保留1min),5℃/min程序升温,进样口温度150℃,检测器温度250℃,氨火焰离子化检测器分析检测。结果:在本方法条件下,苯及苯系物各组份分离效果较好,线性良好.准确度高。结论:该方法对苯系物分离操作简便,准确度高,适合于工作场所空气中苯及苯系物分离检测。
Objective: to optimize the gas chromatographic separation conditions and to establish the separation and detection methods of benzene in the workplace. Methods: using activated carbon tube workplace air was collected and thermal desorption method of automatic sampling, GsBp-5 capillary chromatographic column, the column temperature is 65-80 ℃ (the hold time of lmin), 5 ℃/min temperature programmed, the inlet temperature of 150 ℃, detector temperature of 250℃, hydrogen flame ionization detector analysis. Results: in this method, the separation effect of benzene series is better, the linearity is well, and the accuracy is high. Conclusion: the method is simple and accurate, and is fit for the separation and detection of benzene series in the air of workplace.
