摘要
电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)是光谱-质谱联用技术的典型代表。文章介绍ICP-MS的基本特性及用途,归纳ICP-MS联用技术的应用拓展,充分体现光谱-质谱联用技术在环境样品分析中的重要地位。
Inductively coupled plasma massspectrometry（ICP-MS）is the typical example of hyphenated technique of spectrum analyzer and mass spectrometer. The paper mainly reviews the fundamental characteristics and application of ICP-MS, and summarizes its expanding applications. It adequately shows the significance of hyphenated technique of spectrum analyzer and mass spectrometer in environmental samples analysis.
