高校教师面对教学与科研的双重任务,由于不能正确处理好教学与科研的关系,常常会出现顾此失彼。为了促进高校教师的健康发展,正确处理好教学与科研的关系起着举足轻重的作用。因此,教学与科研相融合是促进两者和谐统一的关键。文章浅析教学与科研相融合的原则,具体围绕教学与科研间的相互关系方面进行阐述。

Teachers are faced with the dual task of teaching and scientific research in universities, they often attend to one thing and lose another, because they are unable to correctly deal with the relationship between teaching and scientific research. In order to promote the healthy development of teachers, to properly handle the relationship between teaching and scientific research plays an important role. Therefore, the integration of teaching and scientific research is a key factor to promote theist harmony and unity.
