超高龄胆道手术患者围手术期危险因素分析

Super elderly patients with biliary surgery perioperative risk factors analysis

目的分析80岁以上超高龄患者胆道手术围手术期的危险因素。方法回顾性分析我院自2012年1月至2015年10月间收治的255例超高龄胆道疾病患者的临床资料。结果全组255例,治愈252例,并存疾病209例次,占总病例数的81.96%。手术治愈率为98.82%,死亡率为1.18%,手术并发症发生率为20.39%。结论糖尿病、冠心病、高血压、慢性呼吸道感染、多次手术后是80岁超高龄患者胆道手术围手术期的危险因素。

Objective Analysis of 80 years of age or older elderly patients with biliary surgery perioperative risk factors. Methods Retrospective analysis from January 2012 to October 2015 clinical data of 255 cases of super elderly patients with biliary tract disease. Results Whole group 255 examples, cure 252 examples, coexist disease 209 cases, accounting for 81.96% of the total number of cases. Operation cure rate was 98.82% , the mortality was 1.18% , operation complication rate was 20. 39%. Conclusion diabetes, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, chronic respiratory infections, many times after the operation were 80 - year - old patients with biliary surgery perioperative risk factors.
