摘要
目的:调查高校护理本科生评判性思维倾向,探讨教学改革效果。方法:2015年6月(学年末)从吉林医药学院随机选取400名全日制一年级~四年级护理本科生为研究对象,采用中文版评判性思维倾向量表(CTDI-CV)对其进行调查;把一年级~三年级学生的评判性思维倾向调查结果与2014年9月(开学初)的调查结果进行纵向比较。结果:在开放思想、分析能力、评判性思维的自信心和认知成熟度方面,不同年级学生差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),纵向研究表明教学改革取得了一定进步。结论:继续教学改革,完善教育体系,提高学生评判性思维倾向。
Objective To investigate the critical thinking dispositions of nursing undergraduates in universities and to discuss the effect of undergraduate teaching reform. Methods A total of 400 nursing undergraduates from freshmen to seniors in Jilin Medical University were recruited randomly and investigated with the Chinese version of the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CTDI--CV) in June 2015 (the end of the school year). Longitudinal comparison was made between the results and the previous investigative results of the critical thinking disposition of nursing undergrad- uates from freshmen to juniors in September 2014 (the beginning of the school year). Results The study revealed a sta- tistically significant difference among nursing undergraduates enrolled in different academic year in open mindedness, analyticity,confidence for critical thinking and cognitive maturity(P^0.05). Longitudinal study indicated that teaching reform had obtained certain progress. Conclusions It is imperative for nursing schools to continue teaching reform, per- fect the education system, and improve the students" critical thinking disposition.
