摘要
目的:研究黄海棠乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析等色谱方法对黄海棠进行分离纯化,通过分析其波谱数据和理化性质,从而鉴定化合物结构。结果:从黄海棠乙酸乙酯部位中分离鉴定了13个化合物,分别为:金丝桃苷(1)、大萼金丝桃素B(2)、大萼金丝桃素C(3)、1,7-二羟基呫吨酮(4)、2,3-二甲氧基呫吨酮(5)、1-hydroxy-7-methoxyxanthone(6)、芦丁(7)、山柰酚(8)、toxyloxanthone B(9)、槲皮素(10)、槲皮苷(11)、β-胡萝卜苷(12)、β-谷甾醇(13)。结论:其中,化合物2、3、6、9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical consituents of Hypericum ascyron. Methods:The constituents were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel;the structure of the compound was determined by MS and NMR spectral analysis. Results:On the basis of spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the reported data, they were identified as hyperoside (1), hypercalin B (2), hypercalin C ( 3 ), 1,7-dihydroxyxanthone (4), 2,3-dimethoxyxanthone (5), 1 -hydroxy-7-methoxyxanthone ( 6 ), rutin ( 7 ), kaempferol ( 8 ), toxyloxan- thone B (9), quercetin( 10), quercitrin ( 11 ) ,β-daucosterol ( 12 ) and β-sitosterol ( 13 ). Conclusion : Compounds 2,3,6 and 9 are ob- tained from this plant for the first time.
