腹腔镜术式治疗子宫内膜异位症有效性和安全性分析

Effectiveness and safety analysis of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis

目的:探讨腹腔镜术式治疗子宫内膜异位症有效性和安全性分析。方法:选择2012年2月至2014年3月期间我院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者84例为研究对象,其中53例采用腹腔镜术式治疗的归为研究组,31例采用传统开腹手术治疗的归为对照组,分析比较两组患者的临床治疗效果,评价腹腔镜术式治疗该病的安全性。结果:手术时间研究组明显短于对照组(P<0.01);术中出血量研究组明显少于对照组(P<0.01);胃功能恢复时间研究组明显短于对照组(P<0.01);住院时间研究组明显短于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者血浆CA-125水平治疗前后组内比较差异有明显的统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后组间比较差异有明显的统计学意义(P<0.01);不良反应发生情况、术后妊娠率和术后随访1年复发情况组间比较差异无明显的统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:临床上应用腹腔镜术式治疗子宫内膜异位症是安全有效的。

Objectives： To investigate the effectiveness and safety of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods： 84 endometriosis patients in our hospital from February 2011 to March 2014 were selected as research objects,53 cases treated by laparoscopic surgery（ study group）,and the other 31 cases with traditional open surgery（ control group）. The clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared to evaluate the safety of the treatment. Results： Operation time of study group was obviously shorter than the control group（ P〈0. 01）; Intraoperative blood loss of study group was significantly less than the control group（ P〈0. 01）; Gastric function recovery time of study group was obviously shorter than the control group（ P〈0. 01）; Length of hospital stay of study group was obviously shorter than the control group（ P〈0. 01）; Difference in serum CA125 levels before and after treatment in both groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）; Differences between treatment group after treatment had statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）; Difference in adverse reaction occurrence and postoperative pregnancy rate and recurrence in the one- year follow- up between groups was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）.Conclusion： The clinical application of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis is safe and effective.
