中西结合治疗女性儿童性早熟的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy ofintegrated Chinese and western medicine treatment on precocious puberty

目的:探讨儿童性早熟治疗过程中中西医结合治疗方案的应用效果。方法:以2012年1月至2015年1月就诊的58例女性儿童性早熟作为观察对象,随机将患儿分为单纯接受西医治疗的对照组及接受中西医结合治疗观察组,每组29例。对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:入组时两组黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)比较未见统计学差异(P>0.05),而在接受治疗6个月后,观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。入组时两组身高及体重比较未见统计学差异(P>0.05),而接受治疗后观察组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗可有效的提高女性儿童性早熟的临床治疗效果。

Objectives： To investigate the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment on precocious puberty. Methods： 58 cases of female precocious puberty from January 2012 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,with 29 cases in each group. Control group only received western medicine treatment and the observation group received combination therapy. Clinical effects on two groups were compared.Results： The luteinizing hormone（ LH）,estradiol（ E2） and follicle- stimulating hormone（ FSH） levels of two groups before treatment had no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. Six months after treatment,luteinizing hormone（ LH）,estradiol（ E2） and follicle- stimulating hormone（ FSH） levels of observation group were significantly lower than these in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The weight of two groups before treatment had no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,observation group were significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The combination therapy can effectively improve the clinical treatment of female precocious puberty.
