云南地区阳痿危险因素的病例对照研究

Study on the related factors of erectile dysfunction in Yunnan Province

目的:通过对云南地区阳痿患者相关资料的调查,并设对照研究,总结出云南地区阳痿发病的危险因素,为阳痿的防治提供理论依据,同时也为当地卫生行政部门制定决策提供参考依据。方法:采用分析性流行病学中的病例对照研究的方法,对问卷调查的资料进行统计分析,探讨当前云南地区阳痿发病的危险因素。结果:阳痿发病与多因素有关,大中专及其以上学历、公务员及技术员、工作压力较大、日常生活中度紧张、患得患失、忧郁、夫妻性关系不和谐、既往或现在患有前列腺炎、糖尿病、性病、高血压病以及吸烟、饮酒,以上因素可能是阳痿的危险因素;而工作中劳逸结合、日常生活不紧张、性格外向、平和、夫妻性关系和谐则可能是阳痿的保护性因素。结论:通过针对云南地区阳痿患者致病危险因素的病例对照研究,明确了当代社会与环境条件下云南地区阳痿的危险因素,为进一步提高云南地区男性的健康水平和防治阳痿发生提供了理论基础。

Objectives： Through investigating relevant information in patients with erectile dysfunction（ ED） and control study,to summarize potential risk factors of ED in Yunnan Province,and provide references for the prevention and treatment of ED and the decision- making of the local health administration department.Methods： Through statistical analysis of the survey data with the method of cross- sectional epidemiological case-control study,to discuss the potential risk factors of ED in Yunnan Province. Results： ED was related to many factors. Data showed that ED was significantly related to formal schooling of university and polytechnic school,government employee and technical personnel,pressure,tenseness,anxiety melancholy,inharmonic sexual life,prostatitis,diabetes,venereal disease,hypertension,cigarette smoking and alcohol drinking. They were all possible risk factors of ED,while the balance of work and rest,relaxation,extrovert,equilibrium and harmonic sexual life were possible protective factors for ED. Conclusion： Through case- control study of risk factors for patients with ED,the risk factors of ED under contemporary social and environmental conditions are clear,which provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of ED in Yunnan Province.
