妈富隆用于改善放置宫内节育器初期子宫异常出血的临床研究

Study on Marvelon for improving abnormal uterine bleeding in early placement of intrauterine device

目的:研究妈富隆用于改善放置宫内节育器初期子宫异常出血的临床效果。方法:选取2013年1月至2015年1月在我院放置宫内节育器的避孕妇女108例。采用随机数表法将研究对象分为观察组和对照组,各54例。观察组从放置宫内节育器当天开始每天按时服用妈富隆1片,直至当月生理期第25d停止服药。对照组放置宫内节育器后不服用妈富隆。对两组妇女放置宫内节育器后子宫异常出血时间和月经量增多发生情况进行比较。结果:观察组妇女术后,第一次及第二次月经流血天数均短于对照组,观察组第一次点滴出血与对照组相比明显增加,差异统计学具有意义(P<0.05)。观察组第二次月经点滴出血和对照组差异统计学不具有意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后第一次和第二次月经量增多妇女例数均少于对照组,差异统计学具有意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予放置宫内节育器的妇女妈富隆能够有效改善其子宫异常出血情况,可以在临床上进一步推广和使用。

Objectives： To study the clinical effects of Marvelon for improving abnormal uterine bleeding in early placement of intrauterine device（ IUD）. Methods： 108 women placed IUD in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected and using a random number table method divided into two groups,observation group and control group,each of 54 cases. The observation group took a Marvelon tablet every day since the placement of IUD until the 25 th day of the month. The control group did not take Marvelon. The abnormal uterine bleeding time and increased menstrual amount of the two groups were compared. Results： The number of days of menstrual bleeding in first and second menstrual cycle was shorter than the control group. The menstrual blood amount in the first cycle increased significantly,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Difference in the menstrual blood amount of the second cycle was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. Number of women with increased menstrual blood amount in the observation group was smaller than the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Marvelon can improve the abnormal uterine bleeding of women placed IUD,which should be further promoted in clinical practice.
