摘要
本文在定量构造组织资本测度的基础上,结合企业专利数据,考察了组织资本与企业创新的关系。研究发现,组织资本能够显著地推动企业创新。进一步,国有控股的企业产权性质、更低的员工激励水平对组织资本的创新效果有负面影响,而激烈的行业竞争则呈现出了积极的影响。这丰富了我们对组织资本与企业创新之间关系的认识,并为企业发展及产业政策的制定提供了具有操作性的建议。
Based on the quantitative measure of organization capital, this paper examines the relationship between firm-specific organization capital and innovation with the manual-collected pa-tent data, and draw a series of conclusions: First, organization capital facilitates innovation significantly Second, state-ownership and low-level incentives for employees reduce the innovation efficiency of organization capital; Third, intense industrial competition promotes the positive effect of organization capital. These findings deepen our understanding of how organization capital affectsfirm innovation, providing clear and practical recommendations for industrial policy-making and enterprise development.
