The Investigation is centred around the educational activities on Heilongjiang pecople's inage.It covers alot.It speaks highly of and approves of the fine image formed in construction of Heilongjiang and the four great spirits,especially people's great changes in spirits in the past io years since the reform.It also analyses deepy the major factors influencing Heilongjiang people's image and puts forward suggestions as for creating Heilongjian people's image in the new contury and carrying forward Heilongjiang spirit in the new contury.
