摘要
本研究历时近30年。建立和完善了多种体视学参数的计算模型和分析方法,率先将体视学技术应用于辐射损伤和战创伤病变规律和特点、分子机理和防治措施的研究中。定量揭示了军事病理学研究中诸多科学问题,深化认识了其细胞和分子机制,进而制定了辐射损伤和创伤量化诊断指标/标准,提高了军事病理学研究水平,并建立了体视学新技术普及和推广应用的系列新模式。
This research took 30 years to complete. Computing models and analytic methods of many stereological parameters were established. We took the lead in the application of stereological methods in the investigation of pathological changes and characters,molecular mechanisms and precautions of radiation injury and war trauma. Many military pathological subjects were clarified quantitatively and the understanding of the underlying cellular and molecular mechanisms was deepened. On the base,some quantitative diagnosis indexes or standards of radiation injury and war trauma were established. Besides these,a series of new patterns of the popularization and extension of new stereological methods were set up.
