摘要 目的观察低频电刺激结合乳房按摩点穴对剖宫产产妇乳汁分泌的影响。方法将1200例剖宫产产妇随机分为对照组600例和实验组600例。对照组给予常规的母乳喂养支持、宣教及床边指导。实验组产妇在对照组同样的护理基础上,于术后12h开始进行低频电刺激结合乳房按摩点穴治疗。结果实验组泌乳始动时间明显短于对照组,泌乳量较对照组多,出现乳房胀痛的程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论低频电刺激结合乳房按摩点穴治疗能促进剖宫产产妇乳汁分泌、泌乳始动时间提前、泌乳量提升,减少乳房胀痛的发生,为母乳喂养提供了保障,此方法可操作性强,值得推广。 Objective To observe the effect of low frequency electric stimulation combined with breast massage on the milk secretion ofpuerperae undergoing cesarean section. Methods 1 200 parturients undergoing caesarean section were randomly divided into a control and an observation group, 600 cases for each group. The control group were given routine breast feeding support, education, and bedside guidance; in addition, the observation group were given low frequency electric stimulation and breast massage 12 hours after the operation. Results The initial time of lactation in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. The milk production in the observation group was more than that in the control group. The incidence of breast swelling was lower in the observation group than in the control group. There were statistical differences between these two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusions Low frequency electric stimulation and breast massage can promote the milk secrection of puerperae undergoing cesarean section, shorten the initial time of lactation, reduce the breast pain, improve the volume of breast feeding, and ensure breastfeeding. This method is feasible and worth being generalized.
