腹内压的测定在结肠癌根治术后患者的护理评价

Intra-abdominal pressure determination in care of patients with colon cancer after radical sugery

目的探讨腹内压的测定对结肠癌根治术后患者的护理应用价值。方法应用经尿道膀胱测压法了解术后7d患者腹内压的变化和其他指标之间的关系，分析腹内压对循环、呼吸和胃肠道功能的影响和并发症发生的原因。结果数据显示，腹内压的升高对循环、呼吸系统以及疼痛等造成不同程度的影响并延迟胃肠道功能的恢复，甚至导致肠瘘等并发症的发生。结论腹内压是腹部外科手术后一个重要的观察指标，可以帮助护士了解患者各个系统的指标变化，帮助制定护理措施，促进胃肠功能的恢复。

Objective To evaluate the value of intra-abdominal pressure determination in the management of patients with colon cancer after radical surgery. Methods Transurethral bladder manometry was used to understand the relation between the change of intra-abdominal pressure and other indicators 7 days after surgery. The influence of intra-abdominal pressure on the circulation, respiratory, and gastrointestinal functions and the complication causes were analyzed. Results High intra-abdominal pressure could impact circulation and respiratory functions and pain and delay the recovery of gastrointestinal function and even lead to intestinal fistula. Conclusions Intra-abdominal pressure is an important observation indicator after abdominal surgery and can help nurses to understand the change of the system and develop nursing intervention and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
