On 20 th January 2015, President Xi Jinping came to Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture to inspect the situation of Erhai ecological protection. In order to make environmental pollution management successful, the i rst and foremost thing is to prevent the source of pollution. On 11 th October 2015, the PPP project called 'Huan Hu Jie Wu' oi cially started. h is project belongs to the second package of the Ministry of Finance's PPP project.
