摘要 编组站综合自动化系统(SAM)详细记录车站日常工作的过程数据,能够为车站技术作业过程查定工作提供丰富的数据资料,简化查定流程,节省人力。按照到达解体列车、编组始发列车、中转列车3种列车类型分析编组站列车到发技术作业过程,阐述从SAM系统中提取车站技术作业过程数据的原则和方法,以及列检员、外勤车号员和货检员技术作业写实数据结构,在此基础上汇总写实数据,得到编组站到达、始发及中转列车技术作业时间标准。 SAM records the process data of station routine in detail, which could provide plentiful data materials for examination determination works of technical operation process in station, simplify examination determination process and save labor power. According to 3 types of trains, namely the uncoupling train after arriving station, departure train with re-marshalling and transfer train, this paper analyzes the train receiving-departure technical operation process in marshalling station, and expounds the principle and method of extracting the process data of station technical operation from SAM system and the realistic data structure of technical operation by train inspection personnel, field car checker and goods examiner. Based on above, the realistic data was summarized, and the technical operation time standards of arrival train, departure train and transfer train in marshalling station were achieved.
