Discussion on Railway Logistic Delivery Service based on Mobile Internet

在阐述铁路物流配送服务发展现状的基础上,对铁路物流配送的自建模式、固定合作模式、动态合作模式3种主要模式的优缺点进行比较分析。借鉴国内外物流企业技术和经营模式创新经验,结合铁路物流配送的特点,提出通过建立基于移动互联的信息平台整合社会汽车运输资源,提高物流配送服务能力和水平的发展思路,从业务流程、系统设计和配套措施3个方面构建基于移动互联的铁路物流配送服务新模式。

Based on expounding development present situation of railway logistic delivery service, this paper makes comparison and analysis on advantages and disadvantages of 3 major modes of railway logistic delivery, including the self-built mode, the fixed cooperation mode and the dynamic cooperation mode. By referring to the technologies of logistics enterprises in China and foreign countries and their experiences of operation mode innovation, combining with characteristics of railway logistic delivery, the paper puts forward the development ideas of establishing the information platform based on mobile internet to integrate social automobile transport resource, increasing capacity and level of logistic delivery service, and establishing the new mode of railway logistic delivery service based on mobile internet from 3 aspects, including business process, system design and supporting measures.
