钙调素及其抗血清对梨花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以砂梨品种今村秋及丰水为试验材料,在离体及活体条件下,研究了外源施加不同浓度钙调素及其抗血清对梨花粉萌发及花粉管生长的影响。离体培养条件下,施加10^(-7)mol/L钙调素对今村秋花粉萌发及花粉管生长的促进作用最明显,而稀释200倍的钙调素抗血清则有明显的抑制作用。自交不亲和性反应与活体试验结果进一步证实钙调素在梨花粉萌发与花粉管生长过程的促进作用,而钙调素抗血清的作用与之截然相反,显著抑制花粉萌发及花粉管生长。说明,钙调素处理可以有效促进梨自交不亲和过程花粉萌发及花粉管生长。 The influences of different concentrations of exogenous calmolulin and its antiserum on the pollen germina-tion and growth of pear were studied on Pyrus pyrifolia varieties Imamuraaki and Hosui in vitro and in vivo. The application of 10-7 mol/L calmodulin could promote pollen germination and pollen tube growth in vitro, however, 200?times diluted calmod-ulin antiserum showed inhibitory effect. The functions of calmodulin and its antiserum in pollen germination and pollen tube growth were further proved by selfing incompatibility reaction and in vivo experiment. The results suggest that calmodulin treat-ment can effectively boost pollen germination and pollen tube growth of pear during selfing incompatibility process.
