摘要
国家电网公司用电信息采集系统建设已经进入到深化应用阶段,要求智能电能表台区归属清晰明确。在TCC081C载波过零点通信的基础上,经过大量的现场数据采集,发现同台区同相位智能电能表的实际相位基本一致,不同台区智能电能表的实际相位有较大差异。提出了基于台区相线相位差异统计特征自动判定智能电能表台区归属的方法,并现场验证了该方法的正确性。可以有效解决长期困扰供电企业的台区负荷自动划分的难题。
The State Grid has implemented the data acquire system and it has come to the deeper application stage.There comes a clear requirement of smart meters belonging to which transformer area. On the basis of implementation of TCC081 C PLC chips and massive field data collection,it comes that the voltage phases of smart meters are almost the same when the smart meters belong to the same transformer area and basically different when the smart meters belong to the different transformer area. It presents an automatic determination method of smart meters transformer area distinguish according to the phase difference of different smart meters. The method is proven right after the field test.It solves those problems as smart meters transformer area distinguish for electric power company.
