反胶束萃取技术在提取分离生物制品中的应用

摘要 反胶束萃取技术已广泛应用于提取分离生物制品,如氨基酸、蛋白质、酶、核酸、抗生素等。主要介绍反胶束形成特点,以及其在提取分离生物制品中的应用、所面临的问题及展望。 Reverse micelle extraction(RME) technology has been widely applied in the extraction and separation of biological products,including amino acid,protein,enzyme,nucleic acid,antibiotics and so on. Characteristics of reverse micelle,the application of reverse micelle for extraction and separation of biological products,problems and trends concerning the application of RME were introduced in this review.
