摘要
对采自10个不同产地的山桐子果的含油率和脂肪酸组成进行了测定,结果表明:山桐子果含油率为35.02%~39.36%,山桐子油的不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,在测出的6种主要脂肪酸中亚油酸含量最高,达到68.02%~70.97%。
Idesia polycarpa Maxim. from ten different areas were taken as materials,and their oil contents and fatty acid compositions were determined. The results showed that oil contents ranged from 35.02% to 39.36%. Six fatty acid compositions were detected. Idesia polycarpa Maxim. had a high content of unsaturated fatty acid. Among the unsaturated fatty acid,the content of linoleic acid was the highest,ranging from 68.02% to 70.97%.
