超高压提取青稞β-葡聚糖工艺优化 被引量:12

摘要 为有效利用青稞资源,采用超高压提取方法从青稞中提取β–葡聚糖,通过单因素试验及正交试验研究了超高压压力、超高压加压时间、固液比、溶液p H等因素对β–葡聚糖得率的影响。结果表明,在实验范围内各影响因素对β–葡聚糖得率作用的大小依次为超高压压力>超高压加压时间>固液比>溶液p H,超高压提取β–葡聚糖的最佳工艺条件为压力400 MPa、时间4.5 min、固液比1∶10(g/m L)、溶液p H 10.5。在此提取条件下,β–葡聚糖得率达到3.72%。超高压提取方法是青稞β–葡聚糖提取的有效方法。 For effective utilization of barleys,the β–glucan was extracted from barleys by ultra high pressure(UHP) method. The single factor and orthogonal tests were adopted to study the effects of such factors as UHP pressure,UHP time,the ratio of solid to liquid and p H value on β–glucan yield. The results showed that the order of factors that influencing the β–glucan yield within the experimental range was as follows:UHP pressureUHP timethe ratio of solid to liquidp H value. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:UHP pressure was 400 MPa,UHP time was 4.5 min,the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶10(g/m L) and p H 10.5. Under these conditions,the yield of β–glucan was 3.72%. UHP extraction process was a better method for extracting β–glucan from barleys.
