摘要
运用系统动力学方法对废弃空调回收处理过程中的基金补贴进行了研究,绘制了废弃电器电子产品基金补贴的因果回路图。以青岛市的废弃空调回收为例,绘制了青岛市废弃空调回收处理的因果回路图和存量流量图,根据调查的数据建立方程及参数,对青岛市废弃空调回收处理的基金补贴进行仿真研究。研究得出,当废弃空调的处理成本增加或政府增加回收废弃空调的宣传成本时,需要相应增加废弃空调回收处理的基金补贴,以达到提高正规回收处理企业回收速率的目的。
The fund subsidy of waste air conditioning was studied by system dynamics.The causal loop diagrams of waste electrical and electronic equipments were developed.The recycling of waste air conditioning is based on Qingdao's case,the causal loop diagrams and stock-flow diagrams of waste air conditioning are developed.Simulate of waste air conditioning's fund subsidy was performed by equations and parameters according to the survey results.The study concluded that with the increasing disposal cost or the increasing publicizes cost of waste air conditioning,adjusting the fund subsidy is necessary for the purpose of raising the recycling rates of qualified recyclers.
