摘要
从企业员工的职场灵性、组织承诺和工作绩效之间的影响关系出发,建立了以组织承诺为中介变量的职场灵性对工作绩效的影响模型,以204名企业员工的调查数据为样本,利用SmartPLS3.0软件对假设进行实证检验。通过分析关系模型的相关路径系数得出职场灵性能够对企业员工的组织承诺和工作绩效产生显著正向影响,组织承诺在职场灵性与工作绩效间起中介作用。此外,职场灵性的三个维度——工作意义感、团队联系感、个人与组织价值观契合度,可分别通过正向影响组织承诺进而促进员工任务绩效和关系绩效的提高。
Based on the relationship among employees' workplace spirituality,organizational commitment and working performance,a relationship model was established using organizational commitment as a mediating variable to analyze the influence of workplace spirituality on working performance.Results show that workplace spirituality has a significant positive influence on organizational commitment and working performance,of which organizational commitment plays a mediating effect between workplace spirituality and working performance.Furthermore,by influencing organizational ammitment,the three dimensions of workplace spirituality can affect task performance and contextual performance in a positive way respectively.
