摘要
设计了具有自动搅拌功能的好氧堆肥装置,顶端集气、进料,中部测温、取样,底部鼓风机强制通氧、渗滤液收集。并利用该装置进行了好氧堆肥实验,最终堆肥数据表明:独有的"耙式"搅拌器与圆锥形底部设计使肥料搅拌更加均匀,接触氧气更充分,底部渗滤液收集、回灌更加方便。最终可为高校环境实验室、科研机构以及农村家庭和中小型养殖户提供可直接购买使用的自动化小型好氧堆肥装置。
in this paper,we designed an aerobic composting device with automatic mixing functions.In this device,feeding and gas gathering were performed at the top,temperature measurement and sampling at the middle part,and forced oxygen supply and leachate collection at the bottom. The experiments revealed that with this unique " rake" stirrer and the conical design at the bottom,the fertilizer could be stirred more evenly and access to more oxygen,and leachate collection and refilling became more convenient. This smart device could be installed easily in university labs,institutions,rural households,and small- medium farms.
