鲫鱼中重金属含量测定及食用安全性评价

Determination of heavy metals in fish and edible safety assessment

采用随机采样的方法,利用原子吸收分光光度计、原子荧光光谱仪对鲫鱼肌肉组织中的铅、镉、铬、汞、砷5种重金属进行测定。测试结果表明所采集鲫鱼样品中重金属含量均在相关标准和参考标准限值之内。计算单因子指数和综合污染指数结果均小于0.2,鲫鱼中测定的重金属含量均处于正常背景水平。

in this study,fishes were randomly sampled and lead,cadmium,chromium,mercury,and arsenic in them were analyzed by atomic absorption and atomic fluorescence spectrometer. The result showed that,the 5 tested heavy metals in fish fell within the standard limits; both of the calculated single factor index and integrated pollution index were less than 0. 2,which meant content of heavy metals in fish was in the safe range,similar to the background level.
