摘要
介绍了舞钢研制X70级海底管线钢板的成分设计思路、工艺控制及产品实物性能。通过低碳、铌钛微合金化、复合添加镍钼等合金元素的成分设计以及合理的TMCP工艺控制,得到比例合理的软相多边形铁素体和硬相贝氏体组织,生产出屈强比控制在0.85以下的30.8 mm厚度X70级海底管线钢板。钢板经过卷制、焊接、检测,完全符合深海天然气输送用管线钢的要求。
The paper describes the composition design philosophy,process control and actual product properties of X70 grade steel plate for submarine pipeline developed by Wugang. By means of chemical composition design of low C content,Nb and Ti microalloying,addition of Ni and Mo in combination and TMCP process conrol,the microstructure consisted of soft phase polygonal ferrite and hard phase bainite are attained in appropriate proportion,30. 8 mm thickness X70 grade steel plate for submarine pipeline with yield and tensile ratio less than 0. 85 is produced. After forming,welding and testing,the steel plate is of excellent properties,which fully conforms to the requirements of X70 grade steel plate for deep seawater transmission pipeline of natural gas.
