摘要
通过对比2个转炉区域LF炉精炼SPHC钢出站渣样的化学成分,可知在生产SPHC钢时,唐山国丰钢铁有限公司的80 t转炉区域LF炉精炼出站渣中Si O2含量比120 t炉转炉区域高2%左右,且钢水硅含量未超标。在120 t转炉区域LF精炼炉进行硅铁粉代替部分铝粉造渣脱氧试验,显著减少了铝粉消耗量,有效地降低了LF炉精炼低碳、低硅铝镇静钢的生产成本。
By comparing the chemical composition of slag samples of SPHC steel after LF refining in two converter areas,it can been seen that SiO2 content of refining slag from LFs in 80 t converter area is higher than that from LFs in 120 t converter area by approx. 2% with Si content in liquid steel not exceeding the specified value in the standard.The test to partly replace aluminium powder for deoxidization with ferro silicon powder in LFs of 120 t converter area signi ficanty reduces the aluminium powder consumption,thus effectively lowering the production cost for refining Al skilled steel of low carbon,low silicon in LFs.
