摘要 武器装备作战试验定性评估是指以试验人员对试验过程和试验效果的主观评价为评判依据,综合分析,得到评估结论的评估方式;针对目前国内在定性评估过程中采用将试验人员对武器装备的主观评价进行分值量化,然后求均值、加权值的做法,提出了模糊综合评判方法,该方法根据模糊数学的隶属度理论把定性评价转化为定量评价,能充分考虑各因素在整体指标中的权重,并针对不同情况,采用不同的模糊算子进行运算,得到科学、可靠的评估结果。 Qualitative evaluation of weapon equipment operational test is an evaluation method that using subjective evaluation of test personnel based on the test process and test effect to have comprehensive analysis and get the evaluation conclusion. Contrapose the method at present that tester uses the test personnel's subjective evaluation to quantify the value of the weaponry in the process of qualitative evaluation, and has score quantization of it and calculates mean and the weighted value, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was proposed. This method translated subjection degree qualitative evaluation into quantitative evaluation based on the fuzzy mathematics theory, which can fully consider various factors' s weight in the overall index and get the scientific and reliable evaluation result with using different fuzzy operators according to different situations.
