摘要 在高强混凝土中分别掺加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的镀铜钢纤维,通过试验研究不同掺量条件下,镀铜钢纤维对高强混凝土破坏形态的改善作用及对抗压强度、抗折强度等基本力学性能的影响规律;研究表明:镀铜钢纤维的加入有效地改善了混凝土在高荷载下的脆性破坏特征,提高了塑性变形能力;随着钢纤维掺量的增加,抗压强度及抗折强度均得到提高,抗压强度的提高幅度更为显著;为了分析钢纤维掺量更大条件下高强混凝土抗压及抗折强度的变化趋势,分别建立了抗压及抗折强度的预测公式,发现预测值与试验值吻合较好。 In high strength concrete, 0.5% , 1% and 1.5% of copper coated steel fiber were added respectively. The effect of copper coated steel fiber on the failure mode of high strength concrete and its influence on the compressive strength and flexural strength were studied. The research shows that: the addition of steel fiber can change the brittle failure characteristics of concrete under high load and improve the plastic deformation ability. With the increase of steel fiber content, the compressivestrength and flexural strength are improved, but the increase of. compressive strength is more significant. At the same time, in order to analyze the change trend of the high strength concrete under the condition of higher addition of steel fiber, the prediction formula of the compressive strength and flexural strength were established respectively. The predicted values are in good agreement with the test values.
